Here’s what you’ll need to apply for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree including coursework in Statistics, Market Research & Marketing Analytics or related degree and experience
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) or sufficient hands-on work experience in marketing or market research required
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data creation and analytical report production
  • Skilled in using Excel, SPSS, SAS, or R (or equivalent statistical package)
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods marketing research or marketing a plus

Description of Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to utilize specific data processing skills and analytical techniques learned mostly over the last five years and apply them in multiple methodologies. With this knowledge, the quantitative analyst creates the story behind the data; specifically, what insights were gained from the marketing research survey that can enhance the client’s understanding of their female customer.

Expectations:

Demonstrate an ability to determine the appropriate research methodology/analytical technique to a business problem including:

  • Segmentation techniques
  • Monadic vs. Pre- & Post-Design
  • Regression and Correlation Analysis
  • Discriminate Analysis
  • Factor Analysis
  • Predictive Analytics
  • Help develop questionnaires, track changes, test online surveys, and perform other quality checks before launching a study
  • Monitor data collection and proactively identify issues with sample and data quality
  • Perform data cleanliness/Quality Assurance (QA) procedures to ensure high quality, integrity and consistency of all data sets
  • Develop and maintain Data Operational Reporting standards and metrics

QUANTITATIVE MODERATOR/ANALYST. DIGS FOR IDEAS AND FINDS BRAND GEMS FOR CLIENTS.

For this position, we’re looking for a people person. If you like interacting with lots of different people AND finding out what makes them tick, this is probably a good fit. We’re looking for a Moderator/Analyst to handle qualitative research methodologies. You’ll interface with study participants, help collect the data, and help craft the narrative of the findings, implications, and actions that will help Brand X clients

Here’s what you’ll need to apply for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree including coursework in Sociology, Psychology, Communications, Market Research & Marketing Analytics, or related degree and experience
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) or sufficient hands-on work experience in qualitative marketing research required
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in moderating and qualitative analytical report production
  • Skilled in using Excel, Word, Transcription Reporting (no, you will not transcribe)
  • Experience in small to large group on-site discussions as well as online panels/boards
  • Involvement in consumer packaged goods marketing research or marketing a plus

Description of Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to make sense of the ambiguous. The Moderator/ Analyst must be able to distill a rather large amount of qualitative data (sentiments, opinions, experiences, emotions, and reactions) to a concise level and then provide conceptual visions and stories for the clients.

Expectations:

  • Interact and be productive with a wide range of clients, Brand X professionals, and respondents through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a developed discernment of multi-respondent data to be able to identify brand implications; in short, you must be able to see the groups of trees that make up the forest
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling Brand X Research story from qualitative insights
  • Create fast rapport with respondents (face-to-face, by phone, or online)

CEDs serve as constant points of contact with clients as the Brand X team guides them through the process of discovering their clients of the future and how they think, act, and make decisions.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree including coursework in Business, Psychology, Communications, Market Research & Marketing Analytics or related degree and experience
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) or sufficient hands-on work experience in both qualitative and quantitative marketing research techniques required
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in client management and business development
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Description of Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to identify potential clients and shepherd them from prospects to clients and, ultimately, into partners. The Client Experience Director leads clients and internal professional teams to explore, develop, and apply key brand insights.

Expectations:

  • Lead business development, be the primary contact for research management on client programs, be responsible for executing transformative marketing research, on time and on budget, within the scope of the defined project
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact and be productive with a wide range of clients and Brand X professionals
  • Demonstrate strong brand-journey communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling Brand X Research story from marketing research insights
  • Develop the strategies for Primary and Secondary Market Research opportunities to help clients make informed decisions
  • Work with Brand X Research’s Executive Management to create strategic department goals and identify internal resources best suited for our development team
  • Oversee the timely creation of custom reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Present to clients, C-Suite members, and boards with comfort and ease
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis, follow-up analytics, and education opportunities based on client presentations
